"This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay."

"We were in New Hampshire for our daughter's 2024 Graduation from Plymouth State University. Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"I cannot recommend this property enough. The proprietors are fantastic and make you feel like you are truly having an experience rather than just a stay. The breakfast is exceptional and home made with a rotating menu, and the room we stayed in (the Roosevelt Suite) felt like a home away from home. "If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!"

"Nice hotel on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own beach, hot tub and fire pit. Extremely clean and well kept, good breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed, every room has a balcony with views of the lake. Our only complaint is the noise--from traffic on the adjacent very busy road and from with the hotel, where sound proofing is unfortunately not adequate."
