That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. "The location and price were the things that made me choose this hotel. Close enough for hiking everyday and close enough to Lincoln to buy supplies. You get what you pay for is a good rule of thumb for hotels so I wasn't expecting much, but it was really good. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water, all you really need when hiking. I had booked four days, but it was raining on the last day and I got a refund with no problems."
