"Everything was great kids had fun in the pool "

"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was right across from Settlers Green shopping center and next to Jalisco Restaurant so it was super convenient. "

"The staff was all very helpful and kind, parking was very convenient, and the room was good for what we needed! "

"It was actually a really good trip but three things stood out. 1. The coffee was cold at 9 am. 2. She asked when I checked in if we wanted housekeeping services and then we never got it (not a big deal, the only thing that really meant was the bed never got made and we could have used an extra towel). 3. After breakfast they just threw all the dining room trash bags on the front steps of the lobby for some reason. The bed was really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed our meal at the adjacent restaurant. The breakfast was definitely your typical midrange hotel breakfast but that was fine for us. We didn’t need more. I probably would be more frustrated about the coffee except my favorite coffee shop in the world is in Lincoln, NH so it just gave me an excuse to go out and get my maple lattes. Overall I think it was a good deal for the price. "

"Front desk check in was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful view out the window. Hot tub was fabulous."

"Disappointed the Tap Room restaurant onsite was closed and had to to another restaurant in an ice storm. Needs more employees onsite. Very nice people, clearly doing many jobs and working hard"
