"The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation. They were very accommodating unlike Expedia whose solution was here’s a refund in 7-10 days. Expedia has poor customer service and cost me additional funds because of their incompetence. Don’t use their website. "

"Although the check-in and key retrieval process was a little confusing, the entire rest of my stay was lovely. There was a thoughtful care package waiting for me when I arrived and all of the in-room instructions were explicit and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. "

"The place was clean and modern looking. The place was really big. The internet was good. The amenities were great, the pool and hot tub was nice. There was a laundry machine in the room, and the balcony had a nice view."

"Our stay was fantastic, looks just like the pictures and the perfect size for our young family of 5! Kelly was incredibly accommodating and so helpful! The location was perfect for a Story Land visit and so close to downtown. Mountain view did not disappoint. Condo was incredibly clean and we are looking to book again for ski season!"
