"Poolside was nice and the hot tub was good. The only thing I was not impressed with was the hot tub in our room. Used it the first night and it never drained all the way. There was at least 2" of water in it the whole time we were there. I'm not sure if it was cleaned or not. I never told anyone that worked there, so I guess that is on me."

"Even though i paid for a deluxe room with a fireplace it was occupied, ended up with an average room, which of course was less money i mentioned that and asked for compensation , there was none, said i should have booked direct with them. "

"From the moment we checked in, very friendly staff, to getting to our room was a great experience. The room was more than we actually hoped for big king size bed huge Jacuzzi tub in the corner. There were two cookies from Santa on the corner of the bed to welcome us. The spa was amazing and very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"The room was very clean, bed was very comfy, loved the iced coffee and cereal bar they offered. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. The pool was warm and clean. Staff was very friendly. Overall worth the price and we would stay again. "
