Excellent location, good standard, helpful staff, good food

The hotel is a short taxi ride from Palma de Mallorca airport. It is right along the coast to where everything you need is. Plenty of great resturants, sandy beaches, bars, and clubs within a 5-25 min walk. The hotel is very friendly yet if you try to speak spanish to them when you first arrive. Good drinks at the bar as well. Only thing I wish was different was the amount of time I stayed. There is a very big breakfast buffet thats as delicious as it is filling.

My stay in hotel illusion calma and spa was short but very sweet. The room was very comfortable with great air conditioning which was needed as it was very hot during our stay. The breakfast buffet was average it did have a great selection. I have to give a special mention to the reception staff in this hotel. The man on reception on Friday night was so helpful, he went above and beyond to help me find my lost password and was so kind and calming. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is...

An amazing hotel located in the best location in the historic town of Palma . Spotless & very comfortable bed . Excellent staff from housekeeping to reception . They were so helpful in all our needs . Breakfast on the rooftop bar was exquisite . Fantastic service throughout our one week stay .

Arrived late and checked out early but the hotel was very comfortable, staff were welcoming and friendly & it had an excellent Buffet breakfast!

Palma Suites is an amazing hotel with immaculate design, polite personnel and perfect services. Everything concerning your comfort is considered in detail. The location is the best and the cooperation with the nearest SABA parking is so smooth which makes the stay of any guest with a car as easy as possible.

I went on a short solo trip to Mallorca and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Very nice and kind staff, beautiful and stylish hotel, great location in the city, fantastic room equipped with eveything you would need, amazing rooftop bar and swimming pool and also an impressive indoor pool/bath house. The breakfast was very nice and worth the money. I also had dinner one night at the rooftop, and the food was unbelievable! I wanted to thank the chef haha I will definitely come back to...

Antigua Palma is an outstanding hotel. The staff are most friendly, the roof is fantastic and the rooms are lovely. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend

Truly amazing stay! Love the design and concept. Staff is incredibly friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. Byredo products & steamer in the room. Breakfast was to die for, quality over quantity. Buffet included variety of bread, croissants, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. Eggs were made to order. Pool area was super nice. Our new favourite hotel for sure!
