My family and I had a wonderful stay at Palma Suites! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Additionally, the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. We were within a short walk of many restaurants, sightseeing locations, coffee shops, public transit, shopping and much more. Additionally, the rooftop plunge pool and deck was the perfect spot to lounge with quite an incredible view of the city as well. Couldn’t have had a better stay and experience overall, I would highly recommend!

We checked in and the whole process was incredibly relaxed, handed over our passports and relaxed with a nice glass of prosecco. The rooms are immaculately cleaned and really well equipment (although we didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities it had everything!), the air con worked a treat and everything was really comfortable. We loved going to the sun terrace on the room each day after walking around Palma for 360 views of the city and cooling off in the pool! We were expecting a really nice stay, but we were actually surprised when we got there as the pictures don’t do a lot of it justice, the rooms, lobby, halls and roof terrace were a lot nicer than we thought they would be - We’d definitely come back!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Was weird to have a (frosted) glass door from bedroom to bathroom/toilet, as the bedroom flooded with light if the bathroom was used - not ideal at night. Would have been more inconvenient had anyone been using the sofa bed in the lounge area, as bathroom access was via the bedroom. TV reception was not good, so we gave up watching the football! Overall, though, a great place to stay and we would recommend it to friends.
