"Nice, friendly, clean and accommodating. I was asked what floor I preferred, that was nice. Got txt msg from staff checking on me. As I was just looking at the restaurant menu, both the chef and bartender made sure I was taken care of. Very nice place to stay."

"Check-in was very easy, and the staff were very friendly. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The bathroom in the room was also large, and featured a tub. Though there was large windows, there’s not a lot of lighting in the room. Would also be nice to see a vanity mirror of sorts either in the main room or a pull out one in the bathroom. The location was great, close to subway and eaton centre. The building also felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a very impressive and high standard hotel well located in the middle of the city. All of the public rooms are grand and impressive as are the hotel bedrooms. We had a huge room with two king-sized beds, a seating area with TV, desk , coffee maker and closet. The en-suite was a good size. Only criticisms are that the air conditioning was noisy - we switched it off overnight and the room had limited natural light due to the tall buildings around it. We liked the free wifi that we got for signing up to their membership programme and the complementary drink in the bar. Parking is in an underground car park off the street next to the hotel and is easily accessed from the hotel."
