This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise. One note, the hotel is on different levels so you may need to climb a few stairs (there are handicap lifts if needed though).

Wonderful stay to ease into our vacation! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious: fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, and a wide assortment of other appetizing dishes. The room is spacious and nothing beats a Dyson hairdryer and a flat iron to make sure your hair is looking fab!
