"Very strange and mixed experience. Arrived around 17h to check-in, and there was nobody working in reception. After waiting about 10 minutes and texting the number posted on the wall a lady showed up who didn't seem to speak english or much italian and just handed me a key. We wandered around the side of the building to rest and have a snack before trying to figure out what to do next.
