"Hotel is usually great but during my recent stay, some things could use improvement. We were assigned a room that we could not gain entry to. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that we should just turn the doorknob upward and push hard. He seemed aggravated when we asked for a different room. Other than that, usually a great place to stay. Hot tub is always nice!"

"We got to the motel late after visiting a friend in a nursing home. Ate our supper at AJsResterant on 22nd Ave. Didnt get to the hotel till after 5pm. The room was clean. Noise in 601 was loud. Never got ti use the hot tub. We stayed in our room the rest of the night because we had a 3 hour ride so we were exhausted. Checked out early. Half way home i checked our checking acct. There was another $36.49 withdrawn from our checking. So i called the hotel and got the runaround. 4 calls later i asked for the manager (who wasnt in). I eventually found out they charged us for a dinner we never had. Still dealing with this. Its not all about cleanliness it is also about Customer Service. "

"The hotel rooms are very dated. I paid $50 for a late checkout and the girl said we’d have until 2pm but really we only had until 1pm. They should give me my $50 back as the normal late checkout is free. The towels are so thin. That bathroom is tiny with no place to put your toiletries. The beds are not comfortable. "
