I had the rash in my hand and my legs and the manager refused to do anything for me. She was rude. I will never go back to this hotel because something wrong either the sheet or has bags in the bed.

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
Hotel was very good! We had a great view of the beach and easy access to all pools and facilities. Our room was very ample and with all that you may need, but it needed maintenance, shower door didn´t close and seemed as it was to fall off its hinges, and the bathroom walls needed some maintenance ...
