This hotel was a delightful surprise! It’s even lovelier than the photos and was the perfect home base for our family of three. We so appreciated the filtered water, coffee, smart TV, free bike rentals, fully stocked kitchen and stunning pool area. The staff was great and supported us to book really lovely tours. You won’t regret staying here!

Loved our stay at Abbey Del Sol. Room was spacious and room was large. Very nice kitchen too. Pool area was lovely and the free bikes we awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool.They think of everything that we might need. The free bikes are a great way to get around. The beach towels and chairs made our visit to the beach wonderful

Amazing property! Well located walking distance to restaurants and grocery store about 12 minutes or you can use the bikes. Very clean and well appointed apartment. I also enjoyed the pool every afternoon and used the BBQ. Will definitely recommend Abbey del Sol and would love to stay again. Lovely and quaint, like a serene oasis. Everything is kept in pristine condition. The workers are friendly, kind and very helpful. Although we had the smallest room on the property, we were very satisfied with the facility and all the supplies provided for our enjoyment.

The pictures do not do this property justice. We loved our stay here. Front desk staff is helpful. Bikes and beach chairs are provided. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable. The TV even has US and Canadian channels, helps if you want to catch up on news and sports.

What a wonderful place.

Everything is perfect at this hotel. Beautiful, bright, roomy, clean rooms. Comfy bed. Has everything you could need - beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen things. Balcony made it so nice. A very nice pool area with plenty of comfy loungers. Free bicycles to use. Friendly and helpful staff. The office people spoke perfect English. We were very happy here.

Absolutely lovely.

We absolutely love Abbey del Sol. This was our second visit, but it won’t be our last. The apartments are cute, clean, and modern. Our apartment was exactly how it was pictured on the listing. There is filtered water in each apartment. Linens, towels, toiletries, and a fully functional kitchen. Our room had umbrellas (which we needed) and beach chairs, beach bag, and beach towels (which we didn’t need). The property is safe with a locked gate. The courtyard and pool are idyllic. Our favorite part of both trips were the complementary bicycles!!! We love biking into the center of town, shopping at the grocery store, and visiting all the incredibly delicious restaurants. The staff were very responsive and easily available after-hours through WhatsApp. The in-room binder gives loads of useful information about the local area and tips and tricks for your visit. Without exaggeration, Abbey del Sol has been one of the best unexpected surprises of all of our travels. We are already planning our next stay - and looking forward to it!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at ADS! I love everything about it from the lovely staff at the front desk, to the beautifully decorated and equipped rooms. The handmade beach totes are a great touch. The pool area and planting are so incredibly beautiful. It’s extremely clean and I’ve never had an issue with hot water. I appreciate the jugs of filtered water as well. I will book this place again and again.

This is a beautiful, clean, quiet property with great office personnel. Mariela, Jin and Mildred are most helpful in making your stay comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped and everything worked well. The only negative is that on some days there was a strong sewer smell. At times it would go away, and at other times it was strong. However, We would still consider staying here again in the future.
