"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"The property was great, the cliff jump was a win! The beach was not great not only because of the seaweed which we knew going in to it that it was going to be an issue because of the time year. The room could use an upgrade but it was clean. The food was great and had many options. There were lots of activities planned that included beach and water volleyball, arts and crafts, evening celebrations and craft like fairs. When booking Expedia made it appear that the room we booked was on the main area but it was actually across the street which was not ideal so we had to pay extra to stay in the main portion of the hotel. So when booking make sure you are fully aware of where the room will be located."

"Lovely hotel, enjoyed the à la carte restaurants experience especially the spice restaurant. Enjoyed going for our daily visit to the Aroma bar, had a cup of oat cappuccino, friendly service. Rosa was very helpful on the front desk. The staff at Excellence Rivirera were all friendly and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the ‘lazy river’ we would definitely book another stay."

"Rooms and property were very clean. Pool was also clean. Food options were good at the main buffet. Steakhouse and Italian were also very good. Staff went above and beyond. Juan at the pool area was very attentive and helpful. Manuel at the Dorado breakfast was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Ricardo at the Hideaway Lounge was extremely friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs! So many others and I regret not remembering names! Only 1 staff member was weird (Santos) He was the bar man at the Dorado restaurant. For some reason refused to serve us! We were the only ones there. Asked for our drinks and he continued doing his own thing and ignored us. We walked away in the end. I was so confused. Complained to Juan at the pool area who tried to make things better but we still don’t know why this Santos guy would not serve us. He just looked very angry! We tip well and were very friendly. We still recommend the resort and would go back despite Santos!"

"We stayed in a Platinum One Bedroom Suite overlooking the pool and mangroves (room 29309) and had an outstanding stay. The room was spotless, close to everything, had a fantastic view, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan were perfect after a hot day. The minibar was constantly restocked with water, soft drinks and beer at no extra cost. The food was exceptional, with plenty of choice and fantastic à la carte restaurants that were easy to book through our Platinum butler on WhatsApp or the Platinum Lounge. Having access to three resorts was a real bonus, and the Platinum team made us feel genuinely looked after. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, and the valet service was excellent too. Yes, there was a noticeable seaweed smell when we arrived, but after the first day we barely noticed it and it certainly didn't spoil the holiday. It's rare I can't think of much to improve. Better soundproofing around the suite's front door would reduce noise from the corridor, and an online booking system for the à la carte restaurants would be a nice addition, although the current process worked well. Overall, Ventus Ha offers fantastic value for money. We've stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and this is one of the best. We'll definitely be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making us feel like royalty. Five stars!"

"The resort was very nice and well maintained. Plenty of seating around pools. Resort was very quiet. Staff was good. There could have been a more activities, but if you are just looking to relax and recuperate, this fit the bill perfectly."

"It would have been a better experience if the resorts would provide either a paid shuttle to the splash resort water park instead of paying $120 usd rt for a family of 5 to commute for 5 min. I also had some issues with a manager for guest services. I felt discriminated against by her."
