We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Location was amazing for exploring downtown and visiting the beach while still being quiet in the evenings. The building was secure and felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and the suit stayed cool even when the AC wasn’t running. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location..Walk to Beach

The stay was great. The location was a short distance to beach. Access to many options for eating. We stayed 5 nights. Miriam was there to greet us and answer any questions. Perfect stay for what we spending most of our time at the beach. Balcony was nice to sit out at night. Water was hot and water pressure good. If your looking for close access to beach this is you place.

Great Little apartment close to everything. Can walk anywhere on the northside. Enjoyed watching the nights from the shared balcony. The bed was very comfortable but could have used a full set of bedding. It only had a bottom sheet with a coverlet.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Both the host and Miriam were extremely hospitable. The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean. And the shower gets hot! The communication with the host and Miriam was impeccable. Miriam went out of her way to help me upon arrival. You are two blocks to Playa Norte, Two blocks to the main drag and Playa Centro. Five minute walk to the ferry and golf cart rental. And best of all a block from El Centro. I highly recommend a stay here. Just don't book it when I come back.

Conveniently located!

This place is cute, clean and conveniently located. The balcony with the hammock is a great place to chill and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood. The AC is located in the bedroom which we found to be not a problem at all with the cross breeze, the little apartment stayed cool enough for the week we stayed mid April. Miriam came to check on us and got us extra towels throughout the week. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this listing! The location was ideal. Walking distance to everything on the north end of the island. The host and caretaker were exceptional and responded promptly to all my needs. I will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at Casa Misy. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so an easy walk to all of the bars, restaurants, shops and North Beach. The unit was clean with a great balcony, overlooking the street. We didn't realize, until we arrived, that the balcony is shared with the guests renting the neighboring rental unit, which was totally fine with us; perhaps that was intentional for guests that want to rent both units at the same time. The AC works great and doesn't take long to cool the whole unit down at the end of the day. The bed is very firm. I have one suggestion for improvement, to provide a second set of bath, beach and kitchen towels, for guests that are staying longer than just a couple of days. Everything else was was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Best value in Isla Mujeres. This is the perfect set up for one couple. Perfect location. Short walk from ferry and to North Beach. Right in the heart of the downtown. You do not need a car. Really neat vibe. King size bed. AC was cold. Nice balcony. Many great restaurants close by. And North Beach was beautiful !!!!!!! For chairs and umbrella on the beach go to the Mayan Beach Club. Most places charge $300 pesos to rent. Mayan charges $600 but they were the only ones to apply that money as a credit towards your food and drink bill. We spent over $600 each day (so rental was free) and drinks and food there were excellent. Mayan also has the cleanest restrooms on the beach. First class beach set up. Lastly the apartment property owner Reginald was very professional, responsive and fair. Will definitely be back.

Cute, spacious, great location

The apartment was very cute and spacious and in a great location, just 2 blocks from the beach and one block from the main street with numerous shops and restaurants. It was very easy to access from the ferry (a 4 block walk), and Hettie gave great directions to help us get there on our first day. I loved that the door had a combination lock on it, so we didn't have to keep up with a key while we were there. The apartment was clean and well maintained, with filtered water (very grateful for this!) and all of the kitchen supplies we needed. We didn't cook, so we didn't need much. We were disappointed at first because we thought that the air conditioner was not going to cool the entire apartment, but it cooled off quite nicely and was a welcome respite from the heat. The one complaint we had was that there just weren't enough bath towels and washcloths provided for us, as we stayed in the apartment for 6 nights, and there was no way for us to wash the towels. The cleaning person did provide a few more for us, and we were able to purchase some new washcloths at the local market. Overall, this apartment provided a great "home base" for us and we would recommend it to others.

Isla Downtown

Perfect for 2 who want beach close by and perfect for walking to anything desired in downtown Isla Mujeres. Hildago, etc., etc. My wife and I loved it and will rent again if possible. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent, only drawback
