My place is directly on the beach and recently remodeled as new. Views are spectacular and the beach is beautiful. Enjoy your morning coffe watching the sunrise from your balcony.
Facilities like pools, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, shades, gym, tennis court are available for you free of charge
Wifi, Smart tv, AC.
We have an all inclusive feature that is optional daily for food and drinks as we share facilities with Oleo Cancun resort (usually $90 usd p/p per day)

There are also 3 restaurants across the street and a convenience store

Beautiful 5th floor remodeled studio with comfortable king size bed and gorgeous views in a quiet and safe aerea of Cancun´s hotel zone. Ocean front balcony, Wifi, Smart Tv, kitchenette, safe, A/c, fridge, microwave, towel dryer, sofa bed.

Studio daily cleaning: extra housekeeping available if you ask us (for an extra rate).
The fee paid when booking is for check out cleaning.

Towels: we provide bath and beach towels.
As we are not a hotel we don´t replace them everyday, but we will be happy to give you fresh if you need.

The co-host welcomed us when we arrived. The airport shuttle was perfect - the airport can be crazy, but make sure you know where you are meeting the shuttle driver! The location of the condo is in a quieter southern area of the hotel zone. The room was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the tips and tricks the host provided. The resort was great, pool was clean and chilly - which was a nice relief from the warm Caribbean sun. The pool and beach chairs fill up quick with the all-inclusive guests, but there is plenty of sand of lay your towel out. With the help of the host and co-host we were able to navigate the bus system and get around Cancun with no problems. If were newbies to Cancun and the hosts helped us each step of the way. It was a relief to be able to connect with someone. Thank you for your help and kindness.

My stay at Agustin's place was amazing. There was a mix up so we stayed in a different condo within the same complex. My new condo had double beds which worked out perfectly for me and my bestie. I had a view of the ocean as well as the lagoon. I watched sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious and well equipped. Agustin arranged a private airport driver, excursions, and in room covid testing. He also recommended restaurants just across the street and we visited them daily. Hospitality and communication was EXCELLENT! There is nothing I didn't like about my stay. My birthday trip was perfect! Thanks, Agustin!
