The house is located 50 m from the Children's Beach just in front of the condominium, the entire beach area has restaurants in the sand, less than 1 km there are two ports that take you to Islas Mujeres in 18 minutes, the condominium is It is next to the Marina So it makes it a very safe place. It has 2 terraces with barbecue and shower in one of them for when you return from the beach. Near the center

Here for Dental tourism

I came to Cancun to have dental work done at Cancun dental specialists. I was nervous traveling alone but I am so grateful I found this sweet place! The house is situated in a neighborhood that has gated security 24 hours a day. The house is right across the street from a very beautiful beach and only a few blocks away from the ferry port. Isla Mujeres is a must see! The hostess was absolutely wonderful and was very helpful with sharing tips about the neighborhood and places to eat. I hope to return in the future and stay here again!

While the house itself is as per the ad, the neighborhood needs improvement

The house is clean inside, but the upper deck and back patio were dusty and dirty, with horrible furniture that is completely falling apart. But worst is that it is located in real Mexico, and each neighbour owns a dog and forget that you can sleep with windows open, their barking is most of the time nonstop. The beach is ok, but for sure more for locals than for foreigners, incomparable to good beaches on Zona Hoteliera, Playa Carmen or Isla Mujeres.
