It is located in the Hotel Zone, on a very quiet and safe closed street. Across the main avenue you can find Tortugas Beach with its beautiful blue caribbean colors. Right there you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.



Easy access by public transportation. 5 min from the area of nightclubs, restaurants and shops.



No parking place.

The Space:

It is a full, private studio, located on the ground floor so it is not necessary to take more than two steps at the entrance.



You will have the studio just for you, with:

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.



Guest Access:

Public transportation is very easy from the apartment, you don't need to rent a car!



The bus stop is at the corner of the street, it takes you throughout the hotel zone and to the downtown. If you have a car we have a parking place that they can use (It is shared with the studio below). If it is taken you can also be parked on the street, it is safe.

The Neighborhood:

It is located in the hotel zone, on a closed street, very quiet and safe. You will love the area, it is the best location for a real vacation.



The beach is located across the main avenue, as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres and a convenience store (Oxxo).

Getting Around:

It is approximately 20 min from the airport, if you need transportation we can make the reservation for you. Car rental is recommended but not necessary, you can also take the R1 or R2 bus to get around the hotel zone and you can walk to the beach.



Other Things to Note:

The instructions and access details for your arrival will be sent 24 hours before your check-in. Please note that you are required to complete the online check-in form and provide an official ID for all guests staying at the property before your arrival.



Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost).



NOTE: Due to the tropical climate and location of the property, you may encounter harmless small animals or insects during your stay, despite regular fumigation and maintenance measures. We appreciate your understanding, as these conditions are part of the natural environment of the region. ?
