The house is located on a dead-end street, ensuring complete peace and quiet. It features a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook, as well as an outdoor kitchen that includes a barbecue and a wonderful pool. It has four bedrooms; the bedrooms will be made available according to the number of guests staying, with the remaining bedrooms kept closed. No one not included in the reservation is permitted to enter the property, and guests not included in the reservation may not use the pool or any part of the property. The house measures 130 square metres, plus a terrace of about 85 square metres where the pool and the “ barbacoa.La ” area are located. The house has four bedrooms—two on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The number of bedrooms made available will depend on the number of guests: if there are one to two guests, one bedroom will be available; if there are three to four guests, two bedrooms will be available; if there are five to six guests, three bedrooms will be made available; and if there are seven to ten guests, all four bedrooms will be made available. The house has two floors; if there are fewer than four guests, only the ground floor will be available, and if there are five or more guests, both floors will be available. On the upper level of the house, there is a terrace, which is not available under any circumstances.
