Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A limpeza do quarto não é boa, muito pó debaixo da cama. O café da manhã é exatamente o mesmo todos os dias. Deveria ter mais opções de ovos. O ovo mexido é bem fraco, sempre frio.

O Laghetto Vivace é uma excelente opção para quem busca conforto, boa localização e ótimo custo-benefício. O hotel fica em uma região bem central de Canela, permitindo fazer vários passeios a pé e facilitando o deslocamento para Gramado. Os quartos são confortáveis, o ambiente é muito limpo e organizado, e toda a equipe é atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade e produtos de qualidade. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a hospedagem. Sem dúvida, recomendamos o Laghetto Vivace para quem deseja uma estadia confortável, prática e com excelente relação entre custo e benefício. Voltaremos com prazer!

Razoável , bem no centro de canela , bem localizado porém achei o quarto extremamente pequeno guardar roupa para 1 Pessoa mesmo alugando o quarto para 4 pessoas , as cortinas estavam mofadas, o banheiro não funciona o exaustor direito molha o quarto e fica com goteiras, se for tomar banho mt tarde o chuveiro não esquenta liguei na recepção ficou de ir ver não apareceu ninguém enfim não foi ruim , mas poderia ter sido bem melhor . As vantagens , comércio próximo de tudo, brinquedoteca ‘e surpreendeu.

Excelente estadia no Laghetto Vivace Canela, quarto amplo, limpo, lençóis e travesseiros limpos e cheirosos, sem cheiro de mofo. Recepção foi educada e prestativa, café da manhã bem variado, só senti falta de opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Localização maravilhosa, com certeza indico e voltaria.
