"A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. "O quarto é bastante confortável, o staff simpático. O cookie de boas vindas é delicioso. Mas, houve tentativa de cobrança a maior daquilo que constava na reserva. A entrada é caótica, junto com o shopping, tivemos dificuldade de entrar no elevador. As amenities do banheiro estavam vazias. "

"I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool."
