Bom hotel!

Gostamos muito do hotel e já nos hospedamos algumas vezes. Percebemos uma manutenção precária e também dos travesseiros. Parece-nos que também o café da manhã simplificou.

Realmente só estive no hotel para dormir e para isso atendia bem. Mas o quarto tinha alguns sinais de infiltração e um parede mal pintada, a porta do banheiro não fechava, o elevador fazia um barulho muito alto e dava medo de usar. A cama era confortável, chuveiro com bastante pressão e bem quente também. Café da manhã simples. Para dormir foi ótimo.

Hospedagem boa mas o atendimento não foi bom

A estadia foi bem boa, quarto confortável, mas tive uma péssima experiência com uma menina que me atendeu na recepção, foi grosseira e inconveniente quando precise trocar de chaves por uma falha no cartão e quando precisei um apoio para solicitar um transporte, tirando essa experiência ruim a hospedagem foi boa.

Apesar do hotel estar numa área nobre, a qualidade é péssima. Quanto sujo, banheiro idem com espelhos descascados e velhos, copos muito sujos. Prédio velho. Péssima aparência. Já fiquei em outros da rede e eram satisfatórios, mas esse eu não recomendo.

Falta isolamento acústico

Limpo, simples e quarto grande e confortável (colchão travesseiros, cobertores e chuveiro gostosos), mas o isolamento acústico terrível, mesmo o quarto estando longe fico o barulho do mecanismo do elevador o tempo todo e, o pior é que as paredes parecem de papel, se ouve tudo do quarto vizinho como se fosse dentro do nosso quarto.

Minha estadia no hotel foi uma experiência mista. O estado geral do hotel era decepcionante, com um aspecto envelhecido e várias coisas quebradas no quarto. Além disso, as paredes extremamente finas tornavam difícil evitar ouvir os sons dos quartos vizinhos. O processo de check-in também foi notavelmente lento, o que foi frustrante. No entanto, houve pontos positivos. O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel era delicioso, com uma ampla variedade de opções. Além disso, a localização também é boa. Sem café da manhã

Hotel razoável, após realizar a reserva recebemos um email informando que alguns serviços PODERIAM estar restritos devido à atual situação do RS, o grande problema é informar isso após a reserva ser realizada, reservamos e pagamos por uma hospedagem com café da manhã e ao chegar no hotel e perguntar sobre o horário do mesmo somente nesse momento que nos foi informado que não haveria café e que o mesmo retornaria na segunda, o hotel já tinha ciência da situação e não alterou/informou previamente, somos clientes da Rede Master em Poa e já havíamos nos hospedado em outras três unidades da rede, se a mesma informação constasse no momento da reserva não teríamos optado por se hospedar neste estabelecimento, mesmo tendo ciência que o café da manhã servido é simples! Quanto às dependências, estavam ok, um pouco deterioradas em alguns aspectos, a ducha é maravilhosa.

O Piso não parecia gorduroso, o ar condicionado pingava na mesa, o cobertor e edredom não estavam embalados, dando a impressão não ter sido lavado entre um hóspede e outro. A porta do banheiro com abertura que dava de encontro com a abertura do box, a internet era bem difícil de conectar e não havia nenhuma instrução de uso. Ligação para recepção era quase impossível, inúmeras tentativas até conseguir. O cartão para abrir a porta do quarto também não funcionou… A recepcionista me deu mais dois, sendo que um não funcionava. Não recomendo o hotel.
