O atendimento muito bom e o café também, mas o quarto precisa manutenção, espelho oxidado, trinco da porta do banheiro caindo, mas a cama e travesseiros muito bom. A localização é excelente.

Bom hotel!

Gostamos muito do hotel e já nos hospedamos algumas vezes. Percebemos uma manutenção precária e também dos travesseiros. Parece-nos que também o café da manhã simplificou.

Falta de manutenção

A equipe de atendimento , desde a recepção até o café, funcionários, muito solícitos. Mas o hotel está precisando de manutenção. O quarto 307 onde me hospedei, pingava água do ar no quarto, a porta do banheiro não fechava, a duchinha do banheiro não funcionava, o secador não ficava preso no lugar, atrapalhando o uso da pia.

Hospedagem boa mas o atendimento não foi bom

A estadia foi bem boa, quarto confortável, mas tive uma péssima experiência com uma menina que me atendeu na recepção, foi grosseira e inconveniente quando precise trocar de chaves por uma falha no cartão e quando precisei um apoio para solicitar um transporte, tirando essa experiência ruim a hospedagem foi boa.

Realmente só estive no hotel para dormir e para isso atendia bem. Mas o quarto tinha alguns sinais de infiltração e um parede mal pintada, a porta do banheiro não fechava, o elevador fazia um barulho muito alto e dava medo de usar. A cama era confortável, chuveiro com bastante pressão e bem quente também. Café da manhã simples. Para dormir foi ótimo.

Sem café da manhã

Hotel razoável, após realizar a reserva recebemos um email informando que alguns serviços PODERIAM estar restritos devido à atual situação do RS, o grande problema é informar isso após a reserva ser realizada, reservamos e pagamos por uma hospedagem com café da manhã e ao chegar no hotel e perguntar sobre o horário do mesmo somente nesse momento que nos foi informado que não haveria café e que o mesmo retornaria na segunda, o hotel já tinha ciência da situação e não alterou/informou previamente, somos clientes da Rede Master em Poa e já havíamos nos hospedado em outras três unidades da rede, se a mesma informação constasse no momento da reserva não teríamos optado por se hospedar neste estabelecimento, mesmo tendo ciência que o café da manhã servido é simples! Quanto às dependências, estavam ok, um pouco deterioradas em alguns aspectos, a ducha é maravilhosa.
