Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

O Hotel tem quartos amplos e confortáveis, porém pela grandeza deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos: não tem room service 24h, restaurantes e bar fecham muito cedo, poucas opções de lazer. Se você vai passear pela cidade, o Hotel é apenas uma boa opção para dormir. Observação importante: se for beber ou comer algo no Hotel, prepare a carteira, os preços são exorbitantes.

No geral, um excelente hotel, muito confortável e bonito. Só não darei 5 estrelas pela falta de placas de orientação ( essenciais, pois os blocos são independentes as interligações são bem complicadas) e pela frescura com os roupões: o hóspede precisa assinar um termo antes de retirar, e a devolução deve ser feita num lugar específico do hotel, sob pena de multa e outras punições, algo muito estranho, como se esses roupões (de qualidade mediana) fossem uma joia. Ora, se o hóspede quiser roubar alguma coisa, levaria o secador e as toalhas do quarto, que são muito boas, por sinal.

Café da manhã diverso e de muita qualidade e nutela liberada o que eu e minha namora abusamos um pouco, atendimentos de primeira, precisei encomendar algo e mandei entregar lá e eles receberam com a maior atenção e carinho, limpeza maravilhosa, o quarto nem sem defeitos NENHUM muito espaçoso, o melhor hotel que já fiquei. Não achei em lugar nenhum porém o estacionamento é pago 40 reais por diaria.

Uma ótima opção de estadia em Gramado, excelente café da manhã, mas como oportunidades para melhoria. Família de 4 pessoas com duas crianças, sendo que sofá cama é muito desconfortável, colchão fino, prejudicou muito a noite de sono. Atendimento da recepção e a bagageiros passivos, concentrados em horários específicos - sendo que pela manhã cedo não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas. Restaurante para café da amanhã, apesar de excelente em variedade, atendimento na parte de omeletes e tostadas, muito confuso e desorganizado.
