The staff is unbelievable nice. If you need to leave early, before breakfast starts, don’t worry. They will have fresh coffee and warm pão de queijo beginning 3am. Nice room, comfortable bed, great shower.

When you arrive, the first impression is that it’s a good hotel. However, upon check-in they charged a 50-real fee that wasn’t mentioned before. The bed sheets were smaller than the bed, and the hotel management didn’t help to solve the issue. During breakfast, one of the staff members started flirting with my girlfriend while I was getting food. Overall, my experience was really bad, and I will never come back. I hope other guests have a better experience than I did.

recepcao, boa/ Cafe Bom, limpeza das acomodacoes de ruim a pessima. Na recepcao nos direcionaram para um ap, que estava com fronha e lencol , com manchas e cabelos. Solicitamos substituico desses itens, a portaria informou que nao tinha servico de qto no momento. Solucao, troca de ap, ai no novo :Refrigerador com frutas ,restos de hospedes anteriores, inidicando que nao foi revisado.
