Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Laghetto Canela Viverone. O hotel é moderno, muito bem localizado, extremamente limpo e confortável. Os quartos são amplos, bem cuidados e proporcionam uma estadia muito agradável. O café da manhã é variado e de ótima qualidade, e toda a estrutura do hotel é muito bem organizada. O ambiente é tranquilo, acolhedor e ideal tanto para descansar quanto para explorar Canela e Gramado. Um agradecimento especial à Larissa e ao Paulo, que fizeram toda a diferença durante nossa hospedagem. Foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. O atendimento deles tornou nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Não é a primeira vez que fiquei no hotel. Aliás, nas duas vezes fiquei no mesmo quarto. Excelente. Minha única queixa é a demora para responder a um questionamento que fiz para aumentar 1 hóspede (mais 1 filho iria conosco). O quarto era p 4 pessoas, estávamos em 3. Seria só pagar a diferença . Mas demorou tanto a resposta que meu filho desistiu de ir. Uma pena. No mais, tudo perfeito. Como sempre.

O hotel é bom, novo e grande. São 3 torres. Não senti aquele aconchego, muito original de quando você busca uma estadia na serra gaúcha. É um hotel 4 estrelas categoria turística bom, mas não ficaria novamente. A iluminação dos quartos também poderia ser melhor planejada.
