"I, like many, am a Covid-19 victim. Sadly unable to stay due to the cancellation of flights and the wedding I was attending. The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali.
