"At the moment the bandha is being repainted and repairs being done , so a little annoying when I rang them before going and they didn’t tell me this , still noisey when people in rooms above pull chairs across the floor , I have advised the bandha many times about rubber soles under legs of chairs etc , small things like bulbs out in your room and doors not locking properly , not good enough when your spending good money to stay there"

"A very large, well maintained resort with a decent breakfast and very friendly staff. However, not the place to go if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Very busy, family friendly with many children. Not overly quiet either."

"This resort is great! It is our third time in the ocean front suite. The staff is super helpful and customer service is amazing. The suite is amazing and the bed is so comfortable! It all feels like the home away from home. The dining in the beach is very special and tasty. Buffet breakfast has a lot to choose. The restaurants are very good too. The Azure bar always has super friendly staff and the cocktails and local wine are definitely worth while. The spa is sooo good and relaxing. Highly recommend Conrad. Thank you we will be back."

"My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!"
