Our villa was always spotless, with daily housekeeping, fresh linens, towels, and a private pool that was meticulously cared for. The attention to detail in the design and amenities provided a perfect blend of Balinese charm and modern luxury. Dining at Villa Jerami is a highlight in itself—the on-site restaurant consistently delivers delicious meals with a wide variety of options. "The Trans Resort is amazing. Service is exceptional. We stayed in a villa and had a butler on call for anything we need. I needed extra help because I have a mobility aid so they built a ramp for me to get in and out of villa. Dana the hotel manager was so good in assisting us with booking restaurants and giving us recommendations. "

"We stayed here for a week and it was close enough to main areas to walk to markets, restaurants and even the beach if you like a longer walk. Otherwise its only a short taxi ride. Its also in a good spot for exploring other parts of bali and we hired a driver to take us on day trips to Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua etc. We liked the family villa and it was very spacious, the staff were lovely and kind and helped in anyway they could. The breakfast was great and we loved the variety of foods to choose from. They cooked us fresh omletttes everyday which was lovely! the villa itself needs a little work done on the inside but still was lovely. The gardens are very nice too. we would definately stay here again."

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large balcony where we could sit and soak in the beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We loved the buffet breakfast—so many delicious options to start the day right! The hotel’s location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The overall vibe of the place was so serene and inviting—we felt right at home. Another huge plus was the 24/7 room service—it was such a treat to have great food available anytime we wanted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bali!"

"Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. A bit far to walk to the main area but the option of a shuttle makes it more accessible and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend! "
