Families and children running around the corridors at 11pm; people slamming doors and then not exactly quiet at 6am. Less of an issue as we also needed to be up early, but very frustrating, nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming Pleased I’d only booked one night. Do not recommend. Very disappointed "

I need to call out Dyna who was absolutely amazing not only with our check-in but daily chats and an extended check out to ensure there was no gap before our flight, we hope you enjoy our gift Dyna!!! "I loved that there was a self serve laundry available for, guests, the view from the 6th floor restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit dirty, the food upstairs was not that good and a bit expensive for the size of the servers. The Indian food at street 32 was lovely"
