"Room was spacious and really clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choices and all fresh and well prepared. Travelled with small children and they were happy and felt safe. Staff were marvellous with them. Thankyou for a great holiday!"

" Noisy. Checked in late and was hoping for a peaceful night’s sleep. No such luck. Families and children running around the corridors at 11pm; people slamming doors and then not exactly quiet at 6am. Less of an issue as we also needed to be up early, but very frustrating, nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming Pleased I’d only booked one night. Do not recommend. Very disappointed "

"We were so excited to return to Bali after many years and choose The Stones Hotel again. It did not disappoint, amazing location, service and staff. I need to call out Dyna who was absolutely amazing not only with our check-in but daily chats and an extended check out to ensure there was no gap before our flight, we hope you enjoy our gift Dyna!!!
