"Was happy with the hotel but was annoyed with the amount of daybeds around the pool area people were saving the daybeds with there towels bags etc ,so we were frustrated because if you didnt get up early and I mean before 7.30am you have no chance of getting a daybed around the pool.The Stones Hotel obviously dont have enough daybeds for the size of the Hotel and on top of that all the chairs were taken."

"Hotel staff and management do their best to ensure the guests enjoy their stay. The staff are very professional and kind. However, the hotel chain can inject more into the property. The building is dated, towels need a refresh and the showers are in need of a make over. Overall the amenities and entertainment provided is good. Mariot can pour more money into refreshing properties"

"Booked last minute and kept extending our booking for a total of six nights. Well located above the Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Incredibly clean, quiet, exception staff and amazing cocktails at happy hour. Easy walk through mall to places to eat/shop/massages. Pool large and clean. Would definitely stay again. Beds super comfortable, plenty of bottled water provided each day. Breakfast fabulous has everything you would need. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Kuta."

"We had a family room for 5. It was a bit tight but it worked for us. The large balcony provided extra living space and we made it work. We stayed 4 nights at the end of our 3 weeks in Bali. We just wanted a rest spoke where relaxing was the focus. My kids are 12 10 and 7 they enjoyed the pool slide and resort run pool side activities. We didn't use kids club. There were a lot of families and a lot of Aussie drinking. There is a small adults only section that was very quiet and good to relax away from all the noise of families but not to far away. Food options were good. We liked the Irish pub. We also had a photo shoot and were very happy with the photos. We walked to shopping centre and to the beach and along the waterfront."
