The room was absolutely beautiful. I requested a room with a view of the city hall on the highest floor and received it. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of foods to eat. The staff are very respectful, knowledgable, and well dressed. I had no issues communicating in English. I would absolutely stay here again.

Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

Great room for a decent price. Convenient to Oriente Metro and bus stations. Clean and modern. Great bar and working spaces in the lobby that also served as comfortable areas to sit, relax and chat. Would stay again.
