"We booked this hotel last minute and could not have been happier its proximity to old town was great.the front desk gentleman was very accommodating the room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable.the mini bar was generously stocked.there was a honesty bar that was well provisioned.the best part of this hotel was the gorgeous breakfast and lovely staff it was honestly the best breakfast we had in all of our stay in madeira.the only slight glitch was the parking if you have a car book parking in advance"

"★★★★★ Exceptional Hospitality at RIU Madeira! We had a wonderful experience at RIU Madeira Resort! We arrived at the hotel before 9 AM, and even though our room wasn't ready yet, the staff warmly welcomed us and allowed us to enjoy the resort's amenities and breakfast right away. What impressed us even more was the flexibility on our departure day. Since our flight wasn't until 10 PM, we were allowed to continue enjoying the resort's facilities, relaxing, and having snacks even after checking out. This level of hospitality and flexibility made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For this exceptional hospitality alone, RIU Madeira deserves five stars! Highly recommended!"
