"This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming that you feel like family as soon as you walk in "

"It was dissociating experience. Bed was terrible, soft and noisy. I could understand if a hotel room didn’t have an iron, but charging $100 and not even providing shampoo or a hair dryer is absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were also very old and unattractive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
