I’ve stayed at many of hotels, and I have to say this particular hotel, and its particular location is on the top of my list. Friendly staff, rooms are definitely efficient enough for a family of 4. My only complaint, I only seen ONE elevator. That was a little mind boggling. Regardless, I still give this hotel 5 STARS all day. I’ll be back soon!

Great base for area sightseeing (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Football Hall of Fame, James Garfield Historic Site, USS Cod). Breakfast selection was very good and included scrambled eggs and a meat, which is nice for those trying to eat low carb. We loved the stove top and the outdoor grills, both of which we used during the week we were there. Can't think of any complaints.

Mostly great except for night 2 attendants did not enforce rules about children in the jacuzzi. It was a frustrating situation but overall a good stay. Polite staff very good breakfast service attentive housekeeping staff.

My friend and I came out this way for a girls night and was hoping for some time in the hot tub and just relax, but do to a large family and a party unfortunately they were in the pool all evening being loud. So I would say the only down fall was that other guest was taking up the pool and were very inconsiderate of other guest. But again, staff was great, and most importantly the place was clean, so you got to take the good with the bad. I guess we just picked a bad weekend to come.

The hotel was amazing, especially for a family traveling with children. They loved the pool and hot tub. Our room was great, only thing is the shower needed recualked.

The staff was very friendly, they even give you a list of suggested restaurants in the area. Smelled clean when we walked in with housekeeping always available. Very quiet throughout the night and pots and pan available in the kitchenette
