"Check in was okay. Employee advised breakfast was from 7-10 am but it was 6-9 am. We went for food at 9 and everything was away. Hot tub was gross and dirty. Room smelt like dog. and sink drain was clogged. Tubs finish mostly off."

"When I got into my room and I stripped my bed there were bed bugs, and blood stains on the mattress cover, they switched mattress but didn't accommodate me with nothing else. Bed bugs...seriously And didnt accommodate me with nothing else Switching mattresses or even rooms for that matter isn't even enough I should've been able to get a refund something more than what I got I wasnt told how to get to my room I had to find it myself There were large holes on the bottom of the hallways like they were fixing something serious, no vending machines, pool was closed, hot tub was closed, no breakfast, Nope not happy And im homeless and thinking that I had a gud deal and wasting my money on that wen I could've gone somewhere else with alot better options and the same amount Wnt go there again"

"Everything was ok except for the bed , the bed was awful felt like it was broken such deep divots "

"Hotel was clean, updated and quiet. Staff was friendly.. Breakfast was hot, stocked well and had a lot of people eating. Very nice hotel"

"Breakfast was delicious and fresh, but coffee was in a strange location and did not have real half and half. Pool is great for the whole family, just wish it was open a little earlier. But I understand that people want to sleep, but hard to explain that to kids who wake up at 7:30! Overall, would definitely stay there again. "
