When we complained to vrbo they told us the host chose the charge the guest option over the insurance option? Wish them well I suppose but ...

I picked this hotel because I thought it was a decent quality option as a treat to myself for mother's day. It was very disappointing. Rude staff at check in, run down building and aggressive notes all over made it an uncomfortable stay. Won't come again.
