There is a dedicated parking stall behind the property as well as visitor spots. If additional parking is needed there is free parking on the north side of Bow Valley Trail road. Park your car(s) and walk/bike to everything. There are foot/bike paths on both sides of the property that you can use to get around.



There is a single garage attached to this unit but it is not available for guest use.



Please note that the breathtaking views exist because another building cannot go up directly behind the unit as there is a train track there. The entire town of Canmore is built alongside the train tracks and Highway 1. As you can see in the reviews, there is train noise along Bow Valley Trail. Please do not book if you are a sensitive sleeper as we don`t want our reviews impacted when guests are well aware of the train at the time of booking. The Trans Canada train is iconic and our children personally can`t get enough of it!

The private deck is for your exclusive enjoyment and boasts breathtaking unobscured views of Rundle, Ha Ling, and Three Sisters peaks. Not many places have all three of these epic mountains in sight. The bedrooms both feature expansive penthouse style floor to ceiling windows.



Another rarity in Canmore, there is central air conditioning, as it does get hot in the mountains occasionally.

This property is centrally located which makes it very easy to walk to pretty much anything. It is a stone throw away from restaurants, stores, and the amazing Aquatic/Fitness center “Elevation Place” which has an indoor pool, sauna, gym, rock climbing wall and much more.



Canmore can be a busy place especially in the summer months. Walking or biking is the easiest way to get around and you will be in great company as Canmore is a very active community.



Like most legal short term rental accommodations in Canmore, this property is near the rail road tracks and will experience some noise when trains transit the town. The unobstructed mountain views more than make up for the occasional train traffic in our opinion.
