Parking was inside and underground. I felt safe and it was nice to be out of the weather The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but I didn't do much cooking. The place was mostly clean, but it looked like the bedroom tables had not been dusted in weeks, that was a bit of a put off.

Rented this suite for my birthday weekend. Everything was as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked and nice to have some extra items included! Lots of natural light and plenty of space for 2 peoples. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Great place to stay, handy to all the essentials!

Cozy, nice suite with fireplace and nice kitchen. Enjoyed having the balcony and all the essentials. The dishwasher was still full of dishes upon arrival, would have been handy to have a dish cloth, and a tea towel in the kitchen. The elevator was out of service at the time,maybe a notification before arrival would be handy. And also letting us know that the pool and hot tub area is in a seperate area of the condo building, that needs to be accessed via going through the parking garage. Not super handy..Overall, a great handy location, in a nice area of condos, at a reasonable price!

Just Like the Pictures

The property was just like shown in the pictures. Very clean property with plenty of supplies. Pool was a little disappointment. Communication prior to the check in was very responsive but tried calling during stay for couple of questions but didn't get answer. But the instructions were clear so no worries. Overall solid stay for unbeatable price. Would recommend it for family or friends stay.

Communication before arrival and check-in went smoothly. The location is good, a lot is within walking distance. We always found a parking space, there is also a free underground car park. The apartment looks like in the pictures, is spacious, but the furniture is not modern. On closer inspection, it is noticeable that a lot is outdated. The leather armchairs were severely damaged, and the bathroom cabinet looked worn. The washing machine was moldy on the seal and the kettle was calcified. The dishes had to be washed by us. We reported these deficiencies to RockiesRental, and they immediately sent a cleaner – there's 5 stars for that! The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was under a sheet without cover, which we found a little unsanitary. Overall, I would give the place 3.5 out of 5 stars. The location is great, but next time we will book another apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so beautiful with a great view of the mountains in the distance. Charla's place was so clean and beautiful with everything you need.
