Welcome to the Three Bears' Den, our cozy condo in the heart of the Rockies! This spacious and modern 2-bedroom + den suite is perfect for families, or friend groups looking to explore Canmore and nearby Banff. With 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, desk/office space, and air conditioning, comfort and convenience are guaranteed.

Step outside to our private patio with a gas BBQ and take in mountain views. Families will appreciate amenities like a mini crib, and high chair, while everyone can enjoy access to the building’s hot tub, sauna, and gym.

Our condo is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Canmore where you can find shops, restaurants, and cafes. The Banff National Park gates are only a 10 minute drive, and the town of Banff is about a 20 minute drive. Popular ski hills like Sunshine and Lake Louise are less than an hour drive away.

This peaceful retreat offers the best of mountain living with easy access to hiking, skiing, dining, and adventure. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, this Canmore condo has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.


The "fine print":
• Self check-in with smart lock, code will be provided before arrival.
• The den functions as a third bedroom but does not have a window.
• One assigned parking stall is included. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles.
• Mini crib, high chair, baby bath seat and toddler cot are all available for guests to use. If you require additional children gear such as a stroller, car seat, hiking carrier, etc. please indicate this when booking as host can help you arrange this for an additional fee.
• Please be respectful of other guests staying in the building (no loud music/instruments)
• Guests are expected to follow checkout instructions provided in the welcome guide.
• Hot tub, sauna, and gym are shared building amenities, please follow posted rules and hours.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the patio.
