Guest access
As our guest, you'll enjoy full and private access to the entire suite — your own spacious corner unit with walk-out patio, BBQ, in-suite laundry, and all thoughtfully curated amenities inside. Every space in the unit is exclusively yours. In addition to your private suite, you'll have full access to the resort's upscale shared amenities, including a luxurious indoor/outdoor hot tub, heated indoor swimming pool with a 3-storey waterslide, a well-equipped fitness centre, the on-site Grande Kitchen + Bar, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, and a designated heated underground parking stall for your exclusive use.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
- There will be overnight supervisor on site to provide support for both guards and residents/guest and to respond quickly and professionally to any concerns that may come up overnight.
- We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Please note that the height clearance of the underground parkade is 7 feet.
- The AC system is fully functional; however, it is designed not to turn on unless temperatures are below 13°C.
- Please note that the condo building’s A/C is turned off during the winter season and is only available starting June 1st.
- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
Pack & Play Policy
If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.
Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.
Damage Protection
Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
Rental agreement
A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.

-Housekeeping: Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Otherwise, service is provided between guest stays only for safety.
After hours offsite check-in is available at Solara Resort, which is a 3-minute drive away: 187 Kananaskis Way.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
· We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS
· We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES
· Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
· We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
· There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 2. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking.
· All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS
‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING
· Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS
· Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.
LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.
