The rooms were clean and tidy. The dishes and everything we needed for our stay were in place. Impressive check-in process, impressive responsiveness and communication from the hosts pre-check in and on check out. Will definitely come again! I give this Condominium 10/10 rating.

Excellent property in a great location with amazing views. Would highly recommend this place for all who are visiting the Canmore/Banff area. Great base to explore the rockies. Property was clean and had all amenities for a relaxing stay.

We were very excited to stay at this condo. There were pros and cons, which I will detail here: Pros: fantastic location - walking distance to many restaurants, the Main Street, great running / biking routes, easy access to the highway by car, and everything else was walkable in the town of Canmore. The views of the Rocky Mountains are amazing. The condo has lots of potential. All supplies were provided (stocked kitchen, towels, laundry detergent shampoo/conditioner, body wash. Cons: a little refresh would go a long way. New shower heads are needed (terrible shower spray), shower curtain is mildewy and discoloured, shower rod is rusted, sheets and towels are well worn and not great quality, smelled musty). Kitchen pots and pans are also very worn (pots are extremely scratched up Teflon that are not safe to cook in), used dishwashing sponge, not enough clothes storage (no drawers, tiny closet, few hangers). The biggest disappointment was the building was being renovated due to water damage and the fitness center was closed. This was not mentioned to us prior to check in and not amended in our nightly rate. We are an active family and value having a workout every day, and we specifically looked for a rental with fitness facilities. Hopefully management will take these comments into account and make some refreshes for the condo. It has great potential and we would have given 5/5 with more thoughtful updates to the linens/condo supplies, and heads up about the gym.

If you are looking for a great view when you wake up in the morning then this is definately a great place. However it needs some work and it was very disappointing for the amount charged, Frank and Mark were easy to communicate with and helpful, unfortunately there was numerous issues and should really be closed for a couple of days to do some much needed repairs. Also I was told there was to be no pets as per the listing however I had to listen to dogs barking all night sometimes past 11pm from other suites in the building Will not be returning to this suite, but will rent from this company again as Frank and Mark were both great

Clean and well equipped including 2 showers, washer, dryer, gas grill, coffee, toaster, crock pot, linens, 3 zone heat pump/ac. Great access point to Canmore, Banff and beyond. View of three sisters peaks from the rooms.

I would highly recommend this property. It is very clean, affordable and comfortable. It felt like I was at home. There were more than enough amenities available for our use. It is in a very beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance of everything. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful service.

Stuffs are very friendly. They do not have front desk, which worried me when I booked the room. However, when we arrived, we texted as what they mentioned in the instructions, they replied immediately. And when had trouble to use the door( which is my mistake), their manager come to my door in few minutes from nowhere and taught us how to use it and explained all the passwords etc. they also prepared almost everything you need for cooking from knives, plates to sponge and detergent. Branded hair products and shampoo.

A bit dated but very clean and the host was excellent; very responsive. Second bedroom has 4 beds (1 bunk, 1 trundle). Able to walk to downtown easily. Long walk from elevator to condo if anyone has mobility issues. Would stay again.

The mountain view from the unit is expectacular . We are allowed to check in early, which is really nice. The property had all we need and the location is walkable from city center. And the staff was amazing
