We’ve stayed here a number of times and this is the first time we didn’t have as good of a time. The room was nice however the king bed was so uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced - the mattress felt like it was caving in and both of our backs hurt each morning. We were travelling with a baby and the coffee table was glass and low and so he’d climb on it so we had to move it. The TV in the main room didn’t work properly so we swapped it out with the one from the bedroom. The pans in the kitchen were very old or just used a lot and should be replaced as it was difficult to cook on them. The good parts were the pool/hot tub was nice but the showers at the pool didn’t work on third day we were there. The staff were friendly.

The apartment was well stocked, they kept supplies for washer dryer and dishwasher. The utensils were very clean. The location is amazing, you can see the mountains in the backdrop and all around. The parking is fully secured with closed doors and gate code. And all the attractions of Banff are less than an hour and half away at the most. All-in-all, I would recommend this property to anyone in a heart beat. The front desk people are very courteous and very friendly.

The swimming pool and hot tub and waterslide were excellent for our grandkids of 6 yrs and 4 yrs. Nice suite excellent cooking facilities and BBQ on balcony. Nice place to stay for the price.

The pool is great, good setup inside the condos. The washer and dryer didn't work, only found out after doing a load that was left soaking wet. Dryer wouldn't even turn on. The beds need replacing, they are terrible to sleep on. Otherwise the place was decent.
