Newly renovated 55m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator in a quiet residence facing a wooded park.
With a 12m² terrace, it sleeps 6:
2 11m² bedrooms with wardrobes and double-glazed windows (cushions, sheets, and duvets are provided)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and large sink, storage unit, and towels provided
- A separate toilet
- A living room (air-conditioned) with a sofa bed (140x190) and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, conventional oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker
IDEAL LOCATION:
Cannes city center, Palais des Festivals, and beaches are a 15-minute walk away, and the train station is a 5-minute drive away from Cannes
Golfe Juan and Juan-les-Pins are 15-20 minutes away, Nice Airport is 30 minutes away, Nice is 40 minutes away, Monaco is 50 minutes away, and St. Tropez is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
Nearby, a 2-minute walk, are all shops: bakery, tobacconist/bookstore, 4 convenience stores/supermarkets, hairdresser, greengrocer, bank, dry cleaner, butcher, post office, and restaurant.
There is also a bus stop nearby, just downstairs from the building, to Cannes city center and/or Cannes train station and Les Tourades shopping center.
