IN THE BALNEARY CITY OF ANTIBES
In one of the most beautiful residences of Antibes with its two swimming pools, two tennis courts, table tennis and petanque, beautiful 2 rooms, air conditioned, completely redone (painting, tiles, kitchen, dining room). bathroom, toilet, home furnishing ... everything is new).
EQUIPMENT The 2 pieces is composed as follows: - An 11m2 terrace with barbecue and an outdoor table and 4 chairs with sea view!; - A living room with American kitchen, air conditioned, composed of: - A sofa bed for 2, - an 82cm LCD TV connects to the internet (Netflix reception possible if you have an account), - a fiber internet box (WIFI and unlimited internet included!) - a table and 4 chairs - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, hotplates, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker ...); A cupboard of 1.40m long with storage; - an entrance with a storage cupboard; - a bathroom with suspended toilet, a large shower, a sink, a towel dryer; - a separate bedroom with a double bed 140cm * 190cm and 2 bedside tables; and - private parking
SITUATION 10 minutes walk from the beach (pebble beach). 5 minutes walk: small commercial area with bakery, post office, bank, primeur, small casino ... 5 minutes walk: restaurants (pizzeria, best restaurant Antibes burgers ...) Shuttle to downtown and station every 1 / 2h. BUS N ° 200: for 1 € it serves the coast from Cannes to Nice. Nice airport at 13km. Cannes at 10km. Sophia Antipolis at 10 km. Monaco 45km.

Clim qui fuit
Jai avertie le propriétaire .pour la clim le réparateur étais en vacances sans chimio faisait trop chaud il nous a s dis de la laisser tournée . Nous avons vécue trois jours avec un sceau et un cuvette pour recuper l'eau qui s'ecouler de la clim .. oblger de metre serviette . Etcc jolies vacances le bruit dune fontaine
Appartement moderne et très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Résidence propre avec piscine. Emplacement au top avec commerce à proximité (Boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette tout à pied...) Stéphane a pensé à tout, avant et pendant le séjour avec un guide d'accueil et plein de bon plan.
A découvrir sans hésiter
