Welcome to this spacious one-bedroom apartment located in Cannes, 5 minutes from the beaches, which will be your perfect base for exploring Cannes and the surrounding region.
The apartment features a beautiful interior space and a large 11m² (128 sq ft) east-facing terrace offering an ideal view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment's orientation allows for morning sun, making it ideal for starting the day with a sunny breakfast. Conversely, from early evening onwards, the exposure provides protection from the sun and allows you to enjoy a shaded terrace.
The space has been carefully designed and decorated to allow you to enjoy a cozy and peaceful setting. This apartment features a living area with a living-dining room and an open-plan equipped kitchen. The sofa converts into a double bed. This space opens onto a large terrace with a table for outdoor dining. One bedroom offers a sleeping area with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, depending on your preference. The bedroom has a shower room equipped with a washing machine. The toilet is separate. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
The apartment provides quick access to the sandy beaches of Boulevard du Midi and the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes with its typically Mediterranean atmosphere, its café terraces and restaurants in pretty, lively little streets, and its market (the Forville market). You can also plan excursions in the region thanks to the train station, which is a 20-minute walk away and will allow you to easily reach Antibes, Nice, or Monaco.

Whether you're on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as your main attraction, or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the Plages du Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a popular place for strolling and shopping. For a coffee or restaurant break, we recommend a seat at a café on Rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere of the old town of Le Suquet will delight you.
## Transit
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but the residence does have unreserved parking spaces. The famous Croisette and its beaches are a 25-minute walk away. Rue d'Antibes and its many boutiques are also a great place to shop. The train station is also less than a half-hour walk from the apartment.
