Amazing hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of Nice. The concierge, Sissy, a lovely lady made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Very nice chats with her. We stayed in room 216. Quite spacious. Everything worked well. Room had all the possible extras you can think of - coffee maker, electric tea kettle, fridge, tv, safe etc. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast buffet was great quality as well, it’s 20 euro per person if you pay at the hotel so I suggest opting for the expedia breakfast option.
Location is quiet and serene. About 25 mins away from Old Nice. Outdoor area and the pool are very nice. All around a very good quality hotel at a great price.
Only complaint is the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower itself was great. Parking was also included.
Good base to explore Antibes and surrounding areas
Clean and comfortable room , slow service in restaurant and breakfast always needs refilling and lots of litter around the site.
Pool nice temperature and plenty of beds to use
Reception always pleasant and helpful
The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, with a very good bed and a high overall standard. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was very good. The pool is a decent size, although we found the water a little warmer than we would have preferred.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a very large party held at the hotel one evening. When we first raised the issue, we were told it was a company team-building event, while the night manager later said it was related to football. Regardless of the reason, the level of noise was completely unacceptable for a hotel where guests are paying to sleep.
The noise came from both the outdoor event and people in the hallways, and the bass was so strong that we could literally feel the bed shaking. It made it almost impossible to relax or get to sleep.
The only reason we're giving three stars instead of two is because the female night manager handled the situation exceptionally well. She was polite, understanding and quickly arranged for us to move to another room, which improved the situation considerably. Her professionalism was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay.
Overall, the hotel has the potential to be excellent, but management should think carefully about balancing large events with the comfort of overnight guests.
Really nice we liked it there cozy and clean. Only breakfast not much options and expensive for that the restaurant prices are quite high. But everything else was perfect
Great staff. Efficient, helpful. Only did 1 night would've liked stay longer. Feels a bit like a 'homely' place. Should out to Matilda and bar staff...
It would be great if the table football would be outside the restaurant because if the restaurant is closed it can’t be used. It’s a pity that the inside pool is for adults only, in winter could be quite good for the kids.
The hotel is fantastic, very calm situated. We definitely come back!
Overall clean, shows a little bit the age.
Rooms are alright and spacious enough.
The room with the little kitchen is also alright but the equipment in the kitchen has seen way better days.
The cleaning of the room is very inconsistent and also skipped sometimes - that needs improvement.
There is a new trend of „ecofriendly“ hotels that try to save money by skipping daylight cleaning, no exemption here.
The spa is not included and you have to pay for it + it’s rather one big room - the steam sauna was broken, also looked like for longer as well as external guests are allowed. You have to book a time window very much in advance.
The staff is very nice though and helpful, there is a pool (which was closed due to winter). Parking is free
Overall solid: if you are looking for a Wellness Experience- you should skip
