Just beyond the historic center, this residential part of Cannes offers a calmer rhythm while keeping the city’s highlights close at hand.

Within minutes, the narrow streets of Le Suquet lead down toward the Old Port, while the beaches and the Croisette remain easily accessible.

Located on the garden level, the apartment opens onto a large outdoor space where deckchairs invite moments of relaxation.

Inside, the bright living room includes a sofa, television, air conditioning and a fireplace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and suited for everyday cooking.

Two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed combining a double and a single bed.

A bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer completes the interior.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
