Great location, lots of places to eat and drink around as well as shops. About an 10/15 minute easy walk from the train station which was perfect. Lovely little hotel! The lady on check in was lovely and helpful! Would recommend.

Nice central small hotel in the heart of Antibes. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that . No lift so might be a problem for some especially if on 3rd floor . No fridge in room , or tea/coffee facilities, so pretty basic , still enjoyed my 3 night stay .

We had a lovely stay at the Modern Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the street below. My only comment would be that the pillows could be more comfortable or even just more of them. Regardless, it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a perfect location. We fell in love with Antibes so will definitely be back.

The hotel owners were extremely friendly. Helpful. Excellent location in the middle of everything. The room was quite small with no mini ftidge, but the owner broughtbip a small electric fridge to keep food cold, which was super helpful as we were there for 5 nights.Antibes old town is a lovely, busy place. We are in Nice old town now but feels so big and crowded. Tons of restaurans, shops. But difficult to find a bakery, grocery store. Antibes is way better for getting around. Both have lovely seaside boardwalks. The beach at nice is large blue stones. Vs antibes is sand , but much smaller. We are here in May, so a bit too cold to swim anyway.

Place was old but generally clean. I did have stains on some of my linens. Bed and pillow were very hard and not comfortable at all. My room had a window out onto the street which was cute but very loud at night and very bright as the light came around the curtain. Only encountered staff when I checked in very briefly and didn’t get the breakfast as it didn’t start till 8.

A nice little family run hotel, and they are a lovely friendly family. Very central location but quiet. Antibes isn't really noisy anyway. Very reasonable continental breakfast. The room we had was basic, but should be expected for this price and location. The mattress was very hard and not very comfortable was our only issue really. But for a short stay it's okay.

The hosts were so nice and helped us carry our bags to our room. The rooms had everything we needed like a lock box and air conditioning which was so nice in the heat. Would definitely recommend and I would return! We loved Antibes!!

Hotel ligt midden in het bruisende centrum en direct aan de mooie haven en het strand . Vriendelijke eigenaars en continentaal ontbijt was voldoende en lekker . Comfort heb je alles wat je nodig hebt . Basic maar alles in orde . Het enige minpunt is het lawaai van de straat maar dat vonden wij niet erg .

Mycket trevligt litet hotell med bra location!

Jag trivdes mycket bra på familjeägda Modern Hôtel som ligger centralt i lugnt och tryggt område nära massor av butiker, restauranger etc. Lätt att gå dit från järnvägsstationen och ca 10 min promenad från favoritstranden Plage de la Gravette. Mycket rent och fräscht, AC och safebox på rummet och fick även låna en el-kylbox. Nivåskillnad i duschen, lite snålt med duschtvål i engångsförpackning, sängen lite hård och hotellet är lite äldre. Ingen hiss, vanlig nyckel till rumsdörr och safebox, heltäckningsmatta etc, men det var inget som störde. Ägarna var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma och erbjöd enkel frukost, som jag kunde äta vid bord utanför hotellet. Positivt med kodlås på ytterdörren för security och jag kände mig mycket trygg på hotellet, nöjd med vistelsen och kommer gärna tillbaka! Stort tack till ägarna och Antibes är en mycket trevlig stad att semestra i!
