It is on the 2nd and last floor of a recent residence, well maintained, secured with guard, quiet, you can freely enjoy the pool and its garden planted with palm trees, orange trees, medlar.

The apartment is close to the beach (pebbles) 10 minutes walk, railway stations 800m (SNCF and bus) and Provencal market 30 minutes walk or shuttle. Close to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bus line serving Cannes to Nice.
the aquasplash and Antibesland are also close 2km, you can visit Biot and its glassworks, St Paul de Vence, Nice and Cannes.

In summer, enjoy the beach and all water activities and mountain walks.
