Nice two rooms on the seafront with south facing 12m2 terrace and stunning 180 ° view of the Lérins Islands to the Esterel Mountains. All rooms overlook the terrace. The building has two entrances, a street side and a sea side. The apartment is on the ground floor from the street side entrance and on the 4th floor from the sea side entrance. It is entirely oriented sea side.
Centrally located with easy access walk in 5 minutes to the Old Port and Suquet (historic district) and 10 minutes to the Palais des Festivals, in Cannes, the Forville market and the shopping streets. Many restaurants in the street and on the beach nearby. Ideal for the holidays because very near the beach, you have to descend from the residence to go to the sea.
